Attempt to do these when it’s already late and you’re still wide awake..

  1. Watch any sad movies
  2. Listen to any upbeat songs *but I prefer these than the mellow ones :D* cos it will make you wanna go..
  3. Exercising..!! *yep I did this quite a few times. in my mind, exhaustion leads to sleepy feelings :D*
  4. Drink coffee *ga ngaruh2 amat sih di gw sebernernya*

Uhm.. okay.. I shud go back to try sleeping..
